Goose Creek Consulting’s mission is to “redefine help” through unconventional and creative ways of helping the lives of people and improving the performance of organizations.

Goose Creek was founded in 2010 as a firm focused primarily on mental health and career coaching. Goose Creek expanded into leadership development in 2014 and now has individual clients and large clients in the federal government, other public sector organizations and the private sector.

We use evidence-based approaches deeply rooted in science to innovate in the way we help individuals and organizations reach their full potential.

Jayson Blair

Certified Life Coach

Jayson has more than 15 years of experience working with clients on mental health, career development and leadership development, focusing on a holistic approach to helping others improve their lives. As a coach, Jayson is driven by the idea of helping others. In 2003, he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and uses his personal experience to help inform his approach. Jayson’s specialties include the intersection of personality and recovery, being able to take ownership and motivation. Jayson works with a wide variety of clients, including those with mood, personality disorders, psychotic and executive function disorders.

Lisa Krull

Career and Leadership Coach

Lisa is a career and leadership development coach who has more than 15 years of experience using an innovative, forward-thinking, outcome-oriented approach to helping clients address intense change in their lives and within their organizations.

Lisa has also helped career coaching clients identify their interests, their drivers and the correct development planning. Lisa uses personal branding assessments, like the 360 Reach, and career development assessments, like the Strong Interest Inventory, to help clients plot their career paths.

Teresa Brodin, M.Ed.

Life and Career Coach

Teresa is a career, leadership and life transitions coach who has also worked as a consultant and who has supported others as lead in organizations that have gone through a tremendous amount of change.  Teresa brings the perspective of a former senior leader to her coaching engagements in terms of both knowing how to develop their careers and knowing how to develop others. Teresa believes in helping clients learn to manage their lives and create success in both professional and personal environments through thoughtful partnership with her clients as they drive toward their goals.

Laura is a creative and passionate life and career coach who works with clients in transition to create positive, lasting change and lead more fulfilling personal and professional lives. Laura is a strong believer in the idea that coaching changes lives. Laura provides her clients with a safe, open, and supportive environment that allows them to fully express themselves, explore their possibilities, set goals, take action and achieve results. She recognizes that change can be incredibly difficult, and strives to provide the support, structure and direction necessary for her clients to proceed.

Patricia is a creative, results-oriented, coach and talent strategy professional with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and dedication to guiding professionals through career moves while maintaining an uncompromising focus on customer service and relationship management. With a strong background working as a strategic business partner, talent acquisition strategist, and employment manager, Patricia is a leader in identifying and analyzing priorities in order to implement plans for human capital in client environments.

Robyn Hall-Phelps

Coach

Robyn is a coach who is able to help her clients with life transitions, mental health challenges and career development. Robyn has been doing this work for more than 25 years, including supporting families and teams to grow, adapt, change and expand their visions for themselves. Robyn’s approach is based on the premise that people are wired to be naturally creative, resourceful and whole. She views her role as a coach to help them each identify where in the many important parts of life they wish to grow and to help them find connections to their inner purpose.
