Goose Creek Consulting has been selected by the City of Minneapolis to provide leadership coaching and team building services to employees across the organization. This program is designed to strengthen individual leadership capacity, improve team effectiveness, and support the City's mission to help all Minneapolis communities thrive.
Two ways to invest in your leadership.
The City of Minneapolis program offers two core services — individual leadership coaching and team building sessions. Both are available to City employees across departments and levels. You and your program office will work together with Goose Creek to design the right engagement for your specific needs.
Leadership Coaching
One-on-one, 60-minute monthly coaching sessions with a certified executive coach — focused on your real-time leadership challenges, strategic priorities, role expectations, and personal development goals. Sessions are customized to where you are and where you want to go. Coaching is conducted virtually by default, with in-person options available for participants in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area.
Team Building Sessions
In-person facilitated team development sessions designed to strengthen team cohesion and collaboration, navigate interpersonal dynamics, clarify shared roles and purpose, and build the inclusive leadership behaviors that create psychological safety and engagement. Session length and number are determined collaboratively with your team and program office.

Leadership coaching and team building services are available across departments, divisions, and levels — from frontline supervisors and managers to department heads, directors, and senior executives. Your supervisor determines the number of coaching sessions available to you.
Team building sessions are available to intact teams across the organization and are particularly valuable for teams navigating change, working through interpersonal dynamics, or seeking to strengthen collective performance.

Goose Creek has assembled a team of highly credentialed coaches and facilitators for the City of Minneapolis program. Every coach holds ICF certification and brings deep experience in leadership development, with many carrying additional certifications in Hogan Assessments, Korn Ferry tools, and other validated instruments. Ten of our coaches are based in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul region and available for in-person engagements. Several additional coaches outside the metro area are available to travel.
