What's Available to You

Three service categories — available to any Missouri public organization.

The Qualified Vendor List covers three distinct service categories. State agencies, counties, cities, and other public organizations can engage Goose Creek and Totem under any one or all three categories — independently or as part of a comprehensive, integrated engagement designed around your organization's specific needs.

Category One

Organizational Development Services

Comprehensive OD services including team development, leadership development, competency modeling, facilitation, strategic planning, business process improvement, change management, and organizational assessment. Designed to build organizational capacity and improve collective performance at every level.

Category Two

Executive Coaching Services

Individual and group coaching for senior executives, directors, managers, and high-potential leaders — grounded in validated personality assessment, behavioral science, and the specific leadership challenges of public sector organizations. Coaching is available virtually and in-person across Missouri.

Category Three

Workforce Cultural Transformation

Assessment-driven culture diagnostics, change readiness evaluation, and targeted transformation initiatives that help organizations understand where they are, where they want to go, and what it will take to close the gap — building the cultural foundation for sustained high performance.
