Team Effectiveness Workshop

Team Development · Open Enrollment

Your team isn’t underperforming because of talent. It’s underperforming because of conditions.

Team Effectiveness is a four-session virtual workshop for leaders who want to build teams that actually work — and who are ready to do that work themselves.

Most leaders know something is off on their team. Meetings feel unproductive. Accountability is inconsistent. People are busy but the results don’t match the effort. The instinct is to look at the team. The harder — and more useful — question is to look at the conditions the leader has created.

Trust, norms, accountability, and mission alignment aren’t personality traits. They’re practices. And they’re learnable. That’s what this program is built around.

Over four Tuesday sessions this September, we’ll work through the four domains that determine whether a team thrives or just functions:

Session 1

Instilling Trust

The behaviors that build — or quietly destroy — psychological safety

Session 2

Building Norms

Making the invisible rules that govern your team explicit and enforceable

Session 3

Developing a Results Focus

Closing the gap between activity and accountability

Session 4

Mission Alignment & Strategic Adaptability

Using mission as a decision filter, not wall art

This is not a lecture series. Every session follows a group coaching model: brief framework, individual reflection, peer breakouts, whole-group debrief, and a coaching exchange where you work on a real challenge from your real team. The peer-to-peer learning is structural — it’s the model, not the bonus.

Before Session 1, every participant completes a readiness assessment covering all four domains. Those results go to your facilitators — not the cohort — so coaching is calibrated to where you actually are, not where you think you should be.

Cohort seats are capped at 14. When it’s full, enrollment closes.
